If you have forgotten your password, please use the forgotten password function. You will find it in the login section. Enter your email adress and we will send you instructions on how to reset your password.

Purchase order

Is it possible to track my shipment?

When your order is shipped, you will receive a separate email with the tracking information. Otherwise, please contact info@gaskatel.de with your order number.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact info@gaskatel.de.

How can I return my order?

Please contact info@gaskatel.de. Make sure to include your delivery note number or invoice number as well as the reason for the return. We will take care of your concerns as soon as possible and inform you about how to proceed.

 

Payment

When and how do I get the invoice?

You will receive an invoice from us as soon as your goods are dispatched.

If your payment condition is “advance payment”, you will receive the invoice as soon as we have processed the order.

It will be sent as a PDF document to the email address you used to place the order. You are also welcome to provide us with a different email address when ordering.

I want to pay via PayPal, but I selected the wrong payment method. Do I have to cancel the order?

It is not necessary to cancel the order. Simply contact us by email at info@gaskatel.de with your request. We can send you a payment link for the order.

 

Shipping and delivery

You have questions about your delivery time or delivery date?

Contact us and provide us with all the necessary information. Please ensure that you include your order number.

The goods I want to purchase have different delivery times. Will a partial delivery be made?

We do not send partial deliveries. Your order will be shipped as soon as all items are available.

I cannot select my country as country of destination.

Please check whether we have a distributor in your country and contact them.

If our distributor does not sell the items you wish to purchase, you can also contact us to find out whether delivery to you is possible.
