All merchandise remains property of Gaskatel GmbH until payment is made in full. Apart from that german law is applied (Buergerliches Gesetzbuch).

Our offers are directed exclusively to entrepreneurs (Section 14 of the German Civil Code), i.e., natural or legal persons or partnerships with legal capacity who, when entering into a legal transaction, are acting in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity. We do not enter into contracts with consumers (Section 13 of the German Civil Code).
